Merry Christmas!
It’s been a somewhat rainy day here in Southern CA and because we never get rain, we are loving it! Our Christmas decorations are somewhat sparse this year. When you have 2 fur children that want to chew and get into every last thing, it’s not worth it to put up a tree but that’s ok. The season is the reason!

I stitched these two years ago and are among my very favorites. It was also a test to see if the cats would leave the ribbons alone. So far, so good. Who knows, maybe next year we can have a tree after all!
I was so excited to get this canvas in time to give it to Mr. Z in time for Christmas. It’s a custom painted canvas of our dog Teddy who we lost a couple of years ago. He was the sweetest dog ever and we still miss him so. JP at Labors of Love Needlepoint painted him and he did a fantastic job in capturing him. I can’t wait to get started stitching on him!
